Freshlink > Left Navigation Bar > SMS > Contacts

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Contacts screen.

For a contact you want to edit, click the three-dot icon.

From the options revealed, click Edit. Doing so opens the Update Contact popup.

Here, use the Name field to edit the name of the contact.

Use the Phone field to edit the contact number.

Once the required changes are made, click the button.
