Freshlink > Left Navigation Bar > SMS > Groups

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Groups screen.

For the group you want to edit, click the three-dot icon.

From the options revealed, click Edit. This opens the Update Contact popup.

Use the Name field to edit the name of the contact group.

Once the required changes are made, click the button.
