Freshlink > Left Navigation Bar > SMS > Contacts

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Contacts screen.

Click the button. Doing so opens the Add Contact popup.

Here, enter the name of the contact in the Name field.

Use the Phone field to record the contact number.

Once the required details are entered, click the button.
