Upon successful login, click SMS from the left navigation bar.

From the options revealed, click Settings. This takes you to the Send SMS Settings screen.

Here, enter your Twilio account SID in the Account SID field.

Enter the authentication token in the Auth Token field.

Once entered, click the button.

Clicking the button takes you to the Send SMS screen.
