Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Contacts screen.

Click the button. This opens the Import Contact popup.

Here, click the Choose File button to select the .CSV contacts file from your system storage. The acceptable format is displayed in the popup i.e. name, phone.

Once the file is selected, click the button.
